Topic - Do you think there are any advantages to being opinioned? Why?

 

There are lots of pros and cons for being opinioned. I believe that expressing one’s opinion to others is not only good for the person who speaks, but also it is good for the organization. This essay will discuss about how people having and saying their own view is beneficial.

Historically, it was regarding as a virtue to not insisting our own opinion to other people in society. We are educated to be socialized by the way of following the major rather than having our own view. And this brought us to lose our creativity and originality. Since many problems have been appeared, we have to find the way to solve this matter.

The one who has his or her own version of events can achieve confidence and self-realization by expressing it. We have our free will to say whatever we want to say. If we realize our free will, it is going to be easy to believe in ourselves. By expressing own idea we can extend our self-limitation, and it will brings to self-improvement.

In any way, eventually, the group or company who has this vibe that everyone thinks making their own view is good are going to grow. As mentioned above, this can make individual improved who can contribute for the organization. In addition, having a variety of idea helps to shoot down the risks and leads to the development. Dangers be prepared throughout the brainstorming. And people can come up with discovering a great plan and suggestion. Therefore, we need to think about how good it is to being opinioned and encouraging others and ourselves to speak out one’s idea.
